Staghorn Fern

The Staghorn Fern plant differs from many ferns in appearance because of its spear-like shaped leaves with wavy edges resembling deer antlers rather than feather or palm-like fronds. Although native to tropical regions - the Staghorn Fern roots itself on trees have adapted very well to growing in temperate regions as a house plant.

Staghorn Fern Plants are easy-care epiphytic house plants that are stunning in hanging containers, or when mounted on a board wrapped in burlap. Staghorn ferns are native to the tropics, they need bright indirect light to thrive. Rooms with Southern and Eastern sun exposure tend to be best, it is not recommended to keep your Staghorn fern in a room void of natural light.
